Sanda is Chinese Kickboxing, only it's closer to MMA. Punches, kicks, sweeps, and throws. We teach basic Sanda and self defense in our Kung Fu program, but we're hoping to bring back our Sanda program in full!

Before settling in Chicago in 2007, Master Chen traveled throughout Europe for several years, performing with the Shaolin Temple performance team. He is always eager to share his experience and coach his students to their best.
